IDEATHON 點子松
〔 Background 〕
To help lay the groundwork for the future development of Taiwan’s digital industry, Ideathon invites everyone to imagine what our lives will look like in the future. The goal of Ideathon is to gather innovative ideas from the general public in the spirit of open government to influence policy formulation and promote industrial development. This event will be held annually as a means of encouraging citizen engagement, co-creation, and inclusion.
〔 Submission Theme 〕
The theme of the 2040 Ideathon is 2040 Plurality: WeWe Futures.
This year, we will work within the context of a pluralistic metaverse to explore the imaginings and expectations that people of different generations, regions, and nationalities have for their life in 2040. Everyone can create their own space—individual or group, virtual or physical, or any other choice you make—and use it to form ideas about various aspects of life such as housing, transportation, food, community, and communication through the lens of future environmental, social, and economic changes. You can even escape this reality and enter a different world or metaverse to create a brand-new future. We embrace all possibilities and value everyone’s choices so that expectations continuously expand to create a future that we can all imagine together (WeWe Futures).
